A Deal with Donors

LILT mission is to promote, spread and implement the culture of tumour prevention by activities of information, awareness and early diagnosis but also by the commitment, motivation and professionalism of people, doctors, volunteers and stakeholders.

CLEAR DEAL WITH ALL THOSE WHO SUSTAIN US
LILT takes responsibility for a deal with all those who want to give some of their resources to reach its purpose.

The supporters of LILT of Bologna have the right to:

1. Be informed: to receive periodically the reports of the activities and the projects of the Section through the newsletter and the website;

2. To have a direct connection: to contact the association any time they need to have information and/or to require informative documents:

3. To participate: to contribute actively to the Association life through suggestions and comments;

4. To choose which project sustain: to be able to choose the destination of their own contribute (campaign, activity or specific project)

5. To know the results: to have a clear idea of how the activities are going on and which results they have reached;

6. To have their persona protected: to receive a communication that is not damaging of the dignity of the person, nor aggressive or guilt-inducing, but clear, engaging and representative of the reality;

7. To have their privacy guaranteed: to have their own data safeguarded according to the current Privacy law.


On the other side, LILT has to:

1. Communicate and share all the main principles listed in its mission with its supporters (associates, donors, sympathizers)

2. To carry on its mission respecting the criteria for fundraing listed in the Ethical Code;

3. To work in a transparent way, drawing up an estimate, a balance sheet and a mid-year review, submitting them to the Board of Auditors.
